Cass and Dave are one of the sweetest couples we know. When they reached out to book a session, it was because they had recently done some home décor changes, and wanted to fill their empty frames with some photos of them together! Couples who take photos together, stay together!
We planned a fall sunrise hike up to a mountainside lake in Kananaskis Country, Alberta, and had the trail completely to ourselves on the way up. The air was crisp and cool in the morning as our headlamps glowed lighting up the surrounding trees while we hiked up in the dark. The larches and fall colours were in full bloom, and the sun rose slowly over the mountains to greet us, reflecting off the glassy lake.
We wandered around, admiring the trees and peacefulness of being outside, and capturing the cutest and intimate moments shared between Cass and Dave. They laughed, danced and cuddled with smiles on their faces the whole time.
Being invited into a couples intimate moments is a privilege, and we feel so lucky to have been able to capture those for Cass and Dave.
